 A lovely shampoo for sensitive skinSep 20, 2009
Loved this shampoo for its gentle soothing qualities and moisturizing effects. I have very sensitive skin and most shampoos cause itching and break outs. I have tried and discarded dozens of bottles of shampoo over the years. This one is different--it both moisturizes nicely and feels wonderful. I just wish it weren't so expensive!

I was given a free sample of this shampoo and conditioner and loved it right away. I ran right out and bought it. It makes me have a great hair day everytime. I have normal hair not coarse or super dry. Try it, you'll like it!

This was recommended to me by a friend who swears by Kiehl's products. I have extremely dry, frizzy, coarse, thick fly away hair and the woman at the Kiehl's counter recommended that I get this shampoo and the matching deep treatment conditioner. What a waste of money! I've never used products that have made absolutely NO difference to my hair. In fact, if anything, my hair is dryer than it ever has been thanks to Kiehl's! Take note, this is overpriced and overhyped! If you want to buy quality products for less than half the money, try Garnier Ultra Doux shampoo and conditioner..I don't know if you can buy them in the States but you are guaranteed quality in a bottle for a fraction of the price. You have been warned.

This product was refered to my by a friend who owns a salon. This product has changed my hair and my life. I am no longer depressed from having one bad frizzy hair day after another. This shampoo anlong with the conditioner has changed the overall look and feel of my hair. I noticed a drastic difference the first time I used it!!! Before this I had tried MANY salon products and not one even came close to the results I had with Kiehls!!

Following the suggestions of a friend of mine, I rushed to my local Nordstrom and purchased this as well as the matching conditioner. I was told that Kiehl's Shampoo was "absolutely fabulous," which was absolutely wrong. I have quite dry hair, and the lady at the Kiehl's counter (as well as the Kiehl's store in Georgetown, DC), told me to get this and that it would be very moisturizing. My hair feels exactly the same as it always has.
I will not be purchasing another bottle of this any time soon.
If you have a Bubbles Salon or a Salon Cielo nearby, however, I suggest you go get the Cibu Everyday Gentle Shampoo and Conditioner. (Lo Meintain, I think the conditioner is called). Cibu performed miracles on my hair!
