Whenever I need an emotional pick-me-up I turn to Philosophy's line of feminine, light, perfect scents. Whether it is the "Amazing Grace", "Pure Grace", "Inner Grace" or the "Unconditional Love" line using them always makes my spirits rise, the day seem brighter.
This is a portion of a gift to a very special friend. Working with her these past 22 years has been an amazing journey and a privilege. I hope she experiences many wonderful days as she explores the world of retirement. How could she not? She will be wearing this delicate, delightful scent.

I already had been using philosophy's unconditional love and falling in love bath, shampoo and shower gels, but amazing grace is an outstanding addition to my collection. I love being able to use one product for shower and shampoo, especially when I travel.

This stuff smells heavenly. It's not exactly a floral, not oceanic, not citrusy- you have to smell it for yourself. Using this, the body emulsion and spray one time got me a great compliment from a taxi driver- "You smell like the cleanest, most wonderful laundry I've ever smelled." It was funny hearing this from a rough, tough cabbie, but it was so nice to hear! People also have said they walk by my cubicle just to smell this wonderful scent from me. They never say "Great cologne", it's always "You smell so nice". You HAVE to layer this product with the lotion and spray, and preferably the matching scented conditioner. It's not fabulous as a shampoo, though it works in a pinch. While it leaves my hair smelling wonderful, it's not the best for my scalp. It caused a rash on my scalp because it was too much fragrance for that part of my skin. It's also not great for, ahem, feminine areas- I would suggest using a less fragranced product down there. It lathers well when used with a puff, and is so pretty- pink and slightly frosty in the bottle. And it makes the bathroom smell DIVINE. It lasts a LONG time when used with a puff. At the most, a quarter-sized dollop is needed. And it leaves my skin soft and not dried-out at all. Definitely a must-have.

I purchased the Clarisonic (AMAZING product by the way) Philosophy which had a small bottle of this body wash. I was not expecting anything worth writing a review about (especially since it was not a purposeful purchase). I was wrong!! This was VERY luxurious, and it smells INCREDIBLE!!! I felt so feminine with the fragrance!! It is a subtle, yet pretty scent. I have not used this enough to tell if it is drying, but I do not think it is so far. I think I am going to start using this from now on.
